Senior Technical Account Manager/ Team Leader

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help us build the future for digital publishing.

Location: Remote/ Hybrid, ideally London accessible

Seniority: Mid/Senior

  • Managing TAMs: Be the line manager for the Technical AMs, helping to work with them day-to-day to ensure we maintain excellence in our customer relationships
  • Devise and Improve Strategy/ Working Practices: Make sure the approach we take is the best implementation for our customers, and our team
  • Onboarding Customers: Guide clients through the onboarding process from kickoff calls alongside the CSM ensuring the client has a firm understanding of how the technology works, scoping for a Test, and walking through a smooth implementation.
  • Implementation and Troubleshooting: Assist clients in properly implementing tags and modules, troubleshooting issues, and QA.
  • GAM Configuration: Configure and manage GAM reporting, including KVs, UPRs, and placements.
  • Project Management: Manage project progress through trackers and tickets; escalate issues to ProdOps, Engineering; or Data Science teams when necessary.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct initial optimizations to client sites during the onboarding process, ensuring optimal performance and data volume.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress and initiatives, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Strong technical background with experience in supply-side programmatic advertising operations
  • Demonstrable management experience across Technical AM teams
  • Proficiency in GAM (should know how to manage Key Values/ UPRs/ Reporting)
  • Proficiency in Prebid/ Header Bidding Technologies
  • Experience working with SSPs
  • Experience working in Jira/ confluence, Excel
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
