Pubx AI Ltd (“Pubx AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information in connection with our advertising technology services, including dynamic floor pricing and supply path optimisation in programmatic auctions.

1. Who We Are

Pubx AI Ltd is an advertising technology company that provides tools to optimise the value of programmatic advertising, including the setting of dynamic floors in open market auctions and Supply Path Optimisation. Our services are used by publishers, supply-side platforms (SSPs), and other ecosystem partners.


2. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Instead, we primarily process pseudonymous and aggregated data received through our partners in the advertising ecosystem. Categories of data may include:

  • Device and browser information: device type, operating system, browser type, user agent.

  • IP address: used to derive approximate location information (city/region level).

  • Identifiers: cookie IDs, mobile advertising IDs, or other unique identifiers.

  • Auction-related data: bid requests, floors, clearing prices, win/loss events from Prebid and the AdServer.

We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, health, financial, or biometric data).

We also do not knowingly collect or process data of children under 16. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it.


3. How We Use the Information

We process this information in order to:

  • Optimise programmatic ad auctions through Supply Path Optimisation.

  • Set dynamic floor prices to ensure fair market value for inventory.

  • Improve campaign efficiency and reporting.

  • Detect, prevent, and combat fraud, invalid traffic, and security risks.

  • Comply with legal obligations and industry standards (including IAB TCF).

  • Provide aggregated reporting and insights to customers.

We do not use this data for unrelated profiling or to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.


4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing may include:

  • Consent: when you provide consent via a TCF-compliant Consent Management Platform (CMP).

  • Legal obligations: where processing is required by law.

We may share information with:

  • Publishers and SSPs to facilitate auctions.

  • Regulators or law enforcement, when required by law.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, under CPRA, “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising may occur to support interest-based advertising.


6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Auction and log-level data: typically retained for up to 90 days for reporting, optimisation, and fraud detection for Personally Identifiable Information.

  • Contractual, billing, and compliance records: may be retained for up to seven (7) years, in line with legal and financial obligations.

All data is securely stored and processed using Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Under GDPR / UK GDPR:

  • Access, correction, and deletion of your personal data.

  • Data portability.

  • Withdraw consent at any time via a CMP.

Under CCPA / CPRA:

  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (not applicable as we do not process sensitive personal information).

Pubx AI does not use cookies for its core ad technologies. However:

  • Local Storage is used to store floor rules.

  • Our reporting dashboard uses cookies, which may include:

    • Performance cookies: to understand how visitors interact with the dashboard (anonymous usage data).

    • Functional cookies: to enable enhanced functionality and remember preferences.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

We implement technical and organisational measures to safeguard customer data, including:

  • Access controls: role-based permissions, strong passwords, 2FA.

  • Device & network security: antivirus, device encryption, VPN, segmented networks.

  • Third-party security: vendor contracts include security obligations, with regular assessment of sub-processors.
